Fire, rescue, emergency medical care & dispatch
When Every Second Counts
Fire response, emergency medical care, rescue and dispatch depend on coordinated teamwork. Lethbridge’s Public Safety Communications Centre coordinates local fire dispatch, helping connect calls with crews. Ambulance dispatch is separate: it moved to Alberta Health Services’ provincial EMS dispatch system in January 2021.
